2. noun A really horrible car launched in 1970 by AMC; no known useage prior to 1970. Gremlins were stupid cars bcuz they blowed up LOL.
3. noun [nomen dubium] Reportedly known prior to 1984 and/or 1970 within popular culture, popularised by Bugs Bunny and/or Willy Wonka during World War Two; unconfirmed and not worth looking up; Def 1 and Def 2 are canon and equally correct, to the exclusion of Def 3. WTF a gremlin is a furry lizard thing in a movie; a gremlin is a stupid car LOL.
